Konstanz (mofe) - Die PR-Trommel haben sie lange genug gerührt. Am Freitag veröffentlichen Rammstein ihr erstes Studioalbum nach fast zehn Jahren Funkstille. Darauf präsentiert sich die Band ungewohnt abwechslungsreich. Rammstein-typische Brachialriffs treffen auf tanzbare Anleihen von Disco, Tropical House oder Kasatschok. Ambivalenz ist das Stichwort der Stunde. Und bei aller Provokation im Vorfeld positionieren sich Rammstein textlich bisher am eindeutigsten gegen nationalistisches Gedankengut.

Radikale Einschnitte im Soundkonzept sind von The National eher nicht mehr zu erwarten. "I Am Easy To Find", das achte Album des Indierock-Quintetts, verspricht allerdings eine neue Stimmenvielfalt: Neben dem dunkel monotonen Bariton von Sänger Matt Groeninger sollen zahlreiche weibliche Gastsängerinnen zu hören sein. Als Einstimmung veröffentlicht die Band einen 25-minütigen Kurzfilm (unter anderem mit Oscar-Preisträgerin Alicia Vikander), in dem Ausschnitte aus dem neuen Album zu hören sind. Passend zum Soundkonzept der Band ist dieses selbstverständlich in Schwarz-Weiß gehalten.

Seinem Debütalbum gibt Lewis Capaldi den schön selbstironischen Titel "Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent". Gemeiner kann dann schließlich auch kein Kritiker mehr urteilen. Am durchbrechenden Erfolg des Debüts bestehen allerdings kaum Zweifel. Lewis Capaldi wirkt gewissermaßen wie eine schottische Antwort auf Ed Sheeran und klopft bei den Streamingzahlen schon mal ganz oben an. Für das Video zum Nummer Eins-Hit "Someone You Loved" bekommt der 22-Jährige Unterstützung von Namensvetter Peter Capaldi, vielen besser bekannt als zwölfter Doctor Who.

Nachdem die Konkurrenz vom #teamsinger vorgelegt hat, zieht Lukas Rieger nun mit dem dritten Album "Justice" nach. Ob er dem Offenburger in puncto (unfreiwilliger) Unterhaltung das Wasser reichen kann?

Der Kolumbianer Maluma ist einer der größten Popstars Lateinamerikas. Noch mehr als die neunstelligen Klickzahlen hat ihn hierzulande allerdings wohl seine Kooperation mit Madonna auf deren Single "Medellin" ins Blickfeld gerückt. Die Grande Dame des Pop revanchiert sich auf Malumas viertem Album "11:11". Weitere Featuregäste sind unter anderem Ty Dolla Sign und Ricky Martin.
